Crystal Dynamics heeft weer genoeg informatie gedeeld omtrent de Avengers titel, zo was er al de beta informatie en nu gaan we even verder. War Zones Director Philippe Therien en game designer Lauryn Ash namen deel aan een Reddit AMA om wat vragen te beantwoorden, Therien bevestigde daar dat de titel raid achtige missies zal krijgen, dit komt al vrij dicht na de lancering.
“I think we will showcase it in one of the next news beats so I’m hoping you guys get a preview of it and then get to play it just a few short weeks after. We are also already working on more of them.” Therien ging daarop verder dat de missies wel “one to two hours depending on the team and the Hives”. en voor de beta geldt, “You will see some variety in the beta but the very long War Zones are not part of the Beta.
“Drop Zones are roughly 10 minutes, War Zone missions vary between 15-30 minutes and Villain sectors can swing up or down depending on how your team is at tackling the bosses but I would imagine you will spend a good 30 mins in those. Our equivalent of raids can certainly take 1-2 hours depending on the team and things like Hives vary depending on their size.”
Welke content beschikbaar is voor AI teamgenoten en hoe de matchmaking is, daarop zei Therien, “Everything that requires other humans to play will have matchmaking available and almost everything can be played with companions. The exceptions are for a few select end game content types that we will reveal soon.”
Marvel’s Avengers staat gepland voor 4 september op PC, Xbox, PS en Stadia. De game zal later ook naar de next gen komen.
