Ubisoft heeft laten weten dat update 1.0.2 voor Ghost Recon Breakpoint er is. De update is 7.5GB groot op de Xbox one en 5.4GB groot op Uplay en PC. PS4 gebruikers krijgen de grootste portie, 10.6 GB.
Naast diverse verbeteringen voor het cover systeem, zijn ook de physics voor voertuigen aangepakt. Ook is de afstand aangepast van vijanden die bij kampen spawnen. Een welkome aanpassing is misschien wel de tijd die het duurt om vijanden te markeren.

- Time to mark enemies has been reduced.
- Tweaked distance at which enemies will be able to spawn around camps.
- Adjustments made to the reverted drone and binoculars controls to fit the behavior from Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands.

- Fixed a bug where the time spent would not grant XP bonus at the end of the month.

- Fixed a bug where players could sprint while injured using the revivalist perk.
