Polyphony Digital heeft een grote update uitgebracht voor Gran Turismo 7 om november af te trappen, aangezien Spec 2 vier-speler split-screen op PS5, zeven nieuwe auto’s en nog veel meer toevoegde. De laatste update is geen content drop, maar maakt wel verschillende aanpassingen en fixes.
Bijvoorbeeld, een probleem in World Circuits waarbij Performance Points om bonusbeloningen en rivaliserende auto’s te bepalen de kenmerken van een auto niet weerspiegelden na het tunen in Quick en Custom Races is opgelost. Als je hebt gemerkt dat de eindplaten van aangepaste vleugels op sommige auto’s niet correct werden gekleurd, ook al is het hele voertuig gekleurd, dan is dat ook opgelost.
In GT Sport gaat de Driver Rating soms omlaag, ook al is er geen dergelijke verandering opgetreden. Dit is ook opgelost, samen met een controllerprobleem waarbij trillingen niet normaal zouden uitvoeren wanneer Vibration Strength 130 of hoger is voor sommige randapparatuur. Improvements and Adjustments
World Circuits
- We repaired an issue in which Performance Points (PP) that determine selected rival cars and bonus rewards did not reflect car characteristics after tuning in Quick Races and Custom Races.
GT Auto
- We fixed an issue where on certain cars with a custom wing fitted, the end plates of the wing may not have been colored correctly when painting the whole car in the Livery Editor.
Sport
- The issue in which the value of the Driver Rating (DR) could be seen going down in certain instances even if this was not the case has been addressed.
Controller
- We fixed an issue in which vibrations were not output correctly when the value of the “Vibration Strength” under the Options menu was set to 130 or higher with the following controllers:
– DualSense™ Wireless Controller (PS5® version only.)
– Thrustmaster® T-GT / T-GT II
– Logitech® G G923
– Logitech® G PRO Racing Wheel
