Don’t Die, Minerva! kwam in december van 2019 uit en is alweer toe aan een nieuwe update. Het personeel van ontwikkelaar Xaviant werkt tijdens de toestanden rondom het coronavirus vanuit huis en probeert op die manier thuiszittende gamers te entertainen. De vierde content-update voor Don’t Die, Minerva! is inmiddels uitgekomen voor Steam PC en Xbox One en zit boordevol nieuwe dingen en aanpassingen.
Zo is de balans aangepast tijdens de gevechten en is het spawnsysteem volledig herzien, terwijl er ook een nieuwe klasse vijanden is toegevoegd. Hieronder zie je een lijst met alle aanpassingen in deze update.

Polish and Improvements
- Adjusted lighting schemes for levels 2 and 3 to make them more distinct
- Removed mouse-based click-to-move navigation – LMB now executes Minerva’s Ability.

- Lighting pass on Flame-themed rooms
- Reduced health bar size based on enemy size
- Revised behavior for melee enemies to keep them in closer proximity of Minerva (to make her melee abilities more viable)
