In oktober liet Valve weten een proces te starten om de complete bieb op Steam klaar te maken voor de Steam deck. Dit geeft games dan meteen drie tags mee, Verified, deze games die geoptimalizeerd zijn, Playable, deze games kunnen draaien maar zijn niet geoptimaliseerd, Unsupported, zijn games die niet draaien op de handheld.
De eerste lading games in deze drie categorieen zijn nu bekend gemaakt en er zitten wat interessante titels tussen. De lijst van Unsupported games is aardig kort, tot nu toe maar vijf games.
